Therapy Locations in Stratford-upon-Avon
In-person sessions take place at two welcoming and confidential therapy spaces in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Tyler House Hub
A calm and comfortable therapy space located in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. Tyler House is also home to the Samaritans, and proceeds from room hire help support the charity.
Lifeways Therapy Centre
A quiet and supportive therapy setting on Albany Road in Stratford-upon-Avon. Sessions here also include access to a beautiful garden space, offering the option for outdoor conversations when the weather allows.
Both locations have parking nearby and are within easy reach of the train station and local bus routes, making them accessible for people travelling from across Warwickshire and surrounding towns.
Walk and Talk Therapy in Stratford-upon-Avon
I offer walk and talk sessions along the Stratford Greenway, a peaceful walking route near the racecourse. The Greenway is a wide, accessible path surrounded by open countryside, creating a calm setting for reflective conversation.
Walking side-by-side can make it easier to talk about difficult things, while movement and fresh air often help regulate the nervous system and reduce the pressure that sometimes comes with traditional therapy settings.
Walk and talk sessions can be particularly helpful for people who:
feel more comfortable moving than sitting still
find eye contact or enclosed spaces overwhelming
think more clearly when walking
prefer therapy to feel less clinical and more natural
Sessions take place at a gentle pace and we can pause, sit or slow down whenever needed. As with all sessions, the space is guided by what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
Neurodivergent Therapy at Home
For some people, leaving the house for therapy can feel difficult or overwhelming. In these situations, home visits may be possible where appropriate.
Meeting in your own environment can reduce the stress of travel, unfamiliar settings or sensory overload. Being in a familiar space often helps people feel more comfortable and able to engage at their own pace.
Home-based sessions may be helpful for people who:
experience anxiety around travel or new environments
are navigating burnout or low energy
find sensory environments challenging
feel more comfortable talking in their own space
If you’re interested in therapy at home in Stratford-upon-Avon or nearby areas of Warwickshire, we can discuss whether this option would be suitable and practical.
Home visits are arranged by agreement and depend on location, travel time and session availability.
