The Neurodivergent Perspective: Speaking & Workshops

What does it actually feel like to be neurodivergent in your workplace, classroom or organisation?

I’m a neurodivergent counsellor, coach and speaker sharing lived experience of autism, dyslexia, ADHD and AuDHD.

Drawing on both professional practice and lived experience within the neurodivergent community, I offer honest insight into what it’s really like to navigate education, workplaces and everyday life as a neurodivergent person.

Alongside my clinical work, I run neurodivergent peer support groups and workshops, which means I’m continually learning from the experiences of the community itself. These conversations provide unique insight into the challenges, strengths and needs that neurodivergent people experience in real life.

My aim is to move conversations about neurodiversity beyond awareness and into genuine understanding. Through stories, reflection and practical examples, I help audiences see neurodivergence from the inside — and explore what genuinely helps neurodivergent people thrive.
