Hi, I’m Hannah,
your flexible therapeutic
coach & counsellor
Flexible therapy for neurodivergent minds, young adults and people navigating change.
As a qualified counsellor (CPCAB)and coach (CMI) I offer a blended therapeutic approach shaped around your needs and preferences. Some moments call for structure and focus — others just need space for reflection and connection.
Working with neurodivergent minds (and learning to accept and work with my own neurodivergence) has deepened my understanding of the many ways people think, feel and process the world. Therapeutic coaching gives you the freedom to shape your support. And if what you need changes as we work together? We change with it.
My ethos is built on autonomy and choice. I believe you already hold the answers — even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. With the right support, you can uncover who you are and what you want.
If you’d like to do therapy differently, you can choose me.
How I work
No pressure, no performance, just a real conversation with someone in your corner. I’ll offer tools, reflection, gentle challenge and encouragement — always with kindness, always with you leading the way.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you — and change direction when needed.
We might walk in the woods, meet online, sit in your space, or talk by phone. It’s all therapy — just done your way.
Check out my Client Agreement for more information on how I work including; confidentiality, data protection & safeguarding.
What working with me is like
Warm, friendly, never clinical
Flexible in format: online, outdoors, at home or in a quiet space
A mix of calm emotional support & helpful action
Space for you to stim, pace, cry, scribble, be silent — whatever you need
Always collaborative. Never “fixing.” Always walking beside you.

Pre-paid packages are a great way to commit to the process and set out the time and investment to meet your goals (Book 3 or more sessions for a discounted rate!)
