Coaching & community shaped by neurodivergent thinking

Understand yourself. Find what works for you. Connect with others.

A members-only space with coaching, practical tools and real experiences — helping you understand yourself, figure out what works for you and hear how others are doing it too.

Created from a neurodivergent perspective, but open to everyone.

Figuring yourself out can take time.

You don't need a diagnosis — or even be sure you're neurodivergent — to know that some parts of life aren't quite working for you.

Maybe it's work or study. Relationships or social situations. Overwhelm, emotions, getting things done or looking after your mental health. You might be newly diagnosed, questioning, self-identifying, or have known you're neurodivergent for years.

Wherever you're starting from, it can be hard to know what information applies to you, what might actually help and what to try next. That's where having somewhere to ask questions, explore different approaches and learn from other people can make a difference.

A flexible way to access coaching.

I’m Hannah, a BACP-accredited therapist and qualified coach, with experience supporting neurodivergent adults through therapy, coaching, groups, training and community work.

I created ND RelateSpace because I wanted there to be a low-pressure, low-demand way to access coaching and support — somewhere you can keep learning, ask questions as they come up, try things out and hear from other people figuring out what works for them too.

I bring the coaching models, therapeutic knowledge and professional experience. Members bring their own experiences, perspectives and ideas.

Nobody has all the answers — including me. But together, we can get curious, explore different approaches and help you find the things that work for you.

There isn't one right way.

We’re still learning a lot about neurodivergence. Research continues to develop, misinformation is everywhere, and stigma and outdated assumptions haven’t disappeared. And, of course, no two people experience their brains, bodies or lives in exactly the same way.

You don’t need to have all the answers to start getting curious about yourself. Understanding what helps you focus, what drains your energy, what happens when you’re overwhelmed, how you communicate best and what you need from work, relationships and the people around you can all help you figure out what works for you.

ND RelateSpace gives you somewhere to explore that with curiosity rather than judgement, drawing on coaching, practical information, lived experience and different perspectives.

You don’t need to fit somebody else’s idea of what neurodivergence looks like. It’s about understanding yourself better and finding your own way of doing things.

Support that fits around you.

ND RelateSpace is a private members' community hosted on Circle, bringing coaching, conversations, courses, resources and events together in one place.

Access it through your browser or the Circle mobile app, and dip in and out in a way that works for you.

There’s no required way to participate. Bring a question to a Coaching Q&A, explore a course, join a conversation, share an interest or simply have a read.

You choose what you use and how you take part.
