Join us at ND BrainSpace!
Our next ND BrainSpace will focus on wellbeing — what it really means for neurodivergent minds and bodies, and how we can find ways to feel good that genuinely work for us.
We’ll be asking two simple but important questions:
What are your wellbeing blockers?
What are your wellbeing wins?
Together we’ll explore both physical and mental wellbeing — from food to mood, rest to regulation, movement, and self-understanding.
Guest Speaker: Stephy M (Steph Morgan-Harrold)
Stephy will introduce her approach to Trauma-Informed Personal Training, helping people reconnect with movement in ways that feel safe, empowering, and pressure-free — especially for those who might usually find exercise overwhelming or off-putting.
New this month: the Agony Aunt Box
Thanks to an attendee suggestion, we’re adding a new feature — a space to ask questions or share challenges for the group to explore together. (Name ideas welcome!)
As always, ND BrainSpace is a gentle, discussion-based evening with plenty of time for sharing ideas, learning from each other, and connecting in a relaxed, supportive way.
Register here or email hannah@chooseyourway.co.uk with any questions.
Let’s connect, learn and grow together.
Please note: ND BrainSpace is a peer-support and community group. The conversations and information shared come from lived experience. They should not be taken as medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. If you need medical or professional support, we encourage you to seek guidance from your GP.
