Hastings House Partnership

Choose Your Way is partnering with Hastings House Medical Centre to expand neurodivergent-affirming support for adults in the local community from 2026.

This work is kindly supported by Friends of Hastings House, whose funding helps make these opportunities available to neurodivergent people in our community.

If you’re a registered patient at Hastings House Medical Centre, this support is for you — whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or simply curious about neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, dyslexia and more).

Below you’ll find what’s currently available. More is on the way, so please check back for updates.

For further information, please contact Hastings House Medical Centre.

ND BrainSpace

Amazing things happen when neurodivergent minds come together 💛

ND BrainSpace events are exclusive to registered patients at Hastings House Medical Centre. They offer a welcoming space for neurodivergent adults (16+) — whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or simply curious about neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and more).

The group is kindly supported by Friends of Hastings House and run in partnership with Choose Your Way and Hastings House Medical Centre. It is inspired by the well-established ND BrainSpace group in Stratford-upon-Avon.

These sessions are about connection, lived experience, and feeling understood. It’s a relaxed, down-to-earth space to explore shared experiences, swap ideas, and build confidence — without pressure or expectations.

Events follow a simple, familiar format:

  • A monthly theme

  • Two questions and over to you to share your ideas

  • You can listen quietly or join in — whatever feels right on the day

There’s no pressure to share, no need to mask, and no “right” way to take part. Just a supportive community where you’re welcome as you are.

Please note: ND BrainSpace is a peer-support and community group. The conversations and information shared come from lived experience. They should not be taken as medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. If you need medical or professional support, we encourage you to seek guidance from qualified services.
