Online ADHD & Autism Therapy

Neurodivergent Therapy Online Across the UK

Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to access support from wherever you are.

I provide neurodivergent-affirming counselling and coaching online for adults across the UK who are ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic, or exploring their neurodivergence.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out from masking, or trying to make sense of a late diagnosis. Online sessions create space to explore what’s going on in a way that respects how your brain works, rather than trying to push you into systems that don’t fit.

Sessions take place via secure video or telephone, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.

Why Online Therapy Works Well for Neurodivergent People

Online sessions can be particularly supportive for people who prefer the comfort and predictability of their own environment.

Working online may be helpful if you:

  • find travelling to appointments stressful or tiring

  • prefer familiar sensory environments

  • feel more comfortable speaking from home

  • have busy work or family schedules

  • live outside the Warwickshire area

Many ADHD and autistic clients find online therapy easier to access and less overwhelming than traditional in-person settings.

Flexible Online Sessions

Online sessions are available in the same flexible format as in-person work.

You can choose from:

30 minute sessions – shorter check-ins or focused support
60 minute sessions – the most common session length
90 minute sessions – more spacious sessions for deeper reflection

Sessions are usually hosted via Google Meet, with telephone sessions also available if preferred.

Text-Based Therapy Options

Not everyone finds video or phone calls comfortable. For some people, written communication feels easier, clearer, and less overwhelming.

Alongside video and telephone sessions, I can offer text-based support where appropriate. This might include messaging during scheduled sessions or using written conversation as the primary way we work together.

Text-based sessions can be helpful for people who:

  • process their thoughts more easily through writing

  • find speaking in real time difficult or exhausting

  • prefer more time to think before responding

  • experience anxiety around video or phone calls

  • simply feel more comfortable expressing themselves in words

Writing can create a different kind of therapeutic space — one that allows reflection, clarity and the freedom to communicate at your own pace.

If you’re interested in text-based therapy or messaging sessions, we can talk together about whether this approach would feel supportive for you.

Getting Started

Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 30-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to talk about what you're looking for, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure — just a conversation.

I offer a free 30-minute call or WhatsApp chat - no pressure, just space to ask questions.
