At Choose Your Way, I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy that meets you where you are — whether you’re exploring a recent diagnosis, questioning if you might be autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or simply feeling different in ways that are hard to name. You don’t need a label to seek support here.

Together, we’ll create a space where your experiences are understood and respected, not pathologised. My approach is flexible to suit your needs, with plenty of space for rest, reflection and exploration.
