Therapy for Young Adults

At Choose Your Way, I offer flexible, compassionate support designed for young adults and students navigating life’s big changes. Whether you’re adjusting to university life, managing academic pressures, exploring your identity, or facing personal challenges, therapy can offer a steady space to reflect, recharge, and grow.

Life can feel like a whirlwind — full of change, choice, and pressure. For students, it’s a time of learning and growth, but also a time when support might be needed. And for those offering care — parents, carers, or university staff — it can be hard to know how best to help.

I offer therapeutic support that is flexible and grounded, designed to meet students where they are. Whether it’s anxiety, low mood, identity exploration, academic stress, or the challenges of becoming more independent, sessions can be short-term or ongoing, and are always shaped around individual needs.

Therapy can take place online, in-person, at home, or outdoors — with Walk & Talk sessions available in the peaceful landscapes of Warwickshire.

Every student is different. My approach is about listening, adapting, and creating a space that feels safe, validating, and genuinely useful.

I offer a free 30-minute call or WhatsApp chat - no pressure, just space to ask questions.
