Flexible Therapy

At Choose Your Way, I offer compassionate and adaptable support to meet your unique needs. Whether you're navigating a significant life transition, seeking guidance as a student, or managing challenges as a neurodivergent adult, I tailor each session to suit your goals and preferences.

Together, we can create a therapeutic approach that works for you. You might benefit from a few focused sessions, or you may choose ongoing support to help you through a particular stage of life.

I offer traditional counselling in a calm, confidential setting — or we can meet in your preferred safe space, either in person or online.

Sessions can vary in length, from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs, energy, and availability.

And for those who enjoy movement and nature, I offer Walk & Talk therapy in the stunning Warwickshire countryside.

Whatever you choose, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Choose Your Support

  • A woman with blonde hair sitting in a modern office, holding a black laptop, smiling at the camera, with a large green plant and framed artwork in the background.

    Online Therapy

Virtual therapy offers flexible, accessible support wherever you are, whether you prefer connecting by laptop, WhatsApp or FaceTime. This adaptable approach means therapy can fit naturally into your life — whether you're balancing studies, work, family, or health needs.

  • Two women standing outdoors on a grassy field, engaged in conversation, with a building and trees in the background under a bright blue sky.

    Walk & Talking Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy, also known as Eco-Therapy, offers a refreshing and grounding alternative to traditional sessions. By moving through the beautiful landscapes of Warwickshire — rich with woodland, open fields, and thriving wildlife — we create space for calm reflection and authentic conversation.

  • Decorative shelf with books, a black mug labeled 'HUE 166,' a reed diffuser in a black and copper container, and a vintage-style poster of a woman holding a coffee mug, with the text 'Coffee! You can sleep when you're dead!'.

    In Home Therapy

Therapy in your own home offers a comforting and flexible way to access support, especially if travelling to sessions feels overwhelming or impractical. In the familiarity of your own space, it’s often easier to relax, open up, and work at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Two women having a conversation. One woman with blonde hair is smiling and writing notes, while the other woman with brown hair, wearing a striped shirt, sitting on a chair with a white furry back. The setting appears to be indoors with light-colored walls and curtains.

    Face to Face Therapy

Sometimes, having a calm, neutral space away from everyday life can make all the difference. I offer sessions in private, confidential therapy rooms across Warwickshire, designed to create a welcoming and secure environment where you can focus entirely on yourself.
